This website is operated by Adhya Shakti Shop. By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to place an order. You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.

PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We work to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing, prices, and inventory. Screen settings may cause colors to appear slightly different. Product availability, prices, and descriptions may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products.

ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may reject or cancel an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable business concerns. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its approved payment providers. Adhya Shakti Shop does not store complete payment card information.

SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, address problems, or events outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

CUSTOM PRINTING

Customers submitting artwork, names, logos, or other material for custom printing confirm that they own the material or have permission to use it. We may refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate. Custom products are final sale except as stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website design, logo, text, graphics, product photography, and other original content belong to Adhya Shakti Shop or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

USER CONTENT

Reviews, messages, designs, and other content submitted to us must be accurate, lawful, and free of malicious code. You grant us permission to use submitted content only as needed to provide the requested service, fulfill an order, respond to you, or display a review you choose to publish.

PROHIBITED USES

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy protected content, distribute malware, commit fraud, impersonate another person, or violate another person's rights.
