RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

We want you to be satisfied with your order. Contact contact@adhyashaktishop.com with your order number before returning any item.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If the order has not been fulfilled or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process below.
STANDARD CLOTHING AND OTHER NON-CUSTOM ITEMS
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Approved items must be shipped back within 7 business days of our return instructions. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors or stains, and returned with original tags and packaging.
JEWELRY
Jewelry may be returned within 15 days of delivery when it has not been worn outside the home, altered, resized, or damaged and is returned with its original packaging and tags. Items marked sale, clearance, or final sale are not returnable.
CUSTOM PRINTED CLOTHING
Custom printed items are made specifically for the customer and are final sale except when defective, damaged, or incorrect because of our error. Report these problems within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. When the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect because of our error, we will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover approved return shipping.
RETURN SHIPPING AND EXCHANGES
Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns or an incorrect size or color selection. We offer one size exchange per clothing order when requested within 7 days of delivery, the item is unworn and unaltered, and replacement stock is available.
REFUNDS
We inspect returned items before approving a refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5-7 business days after inspection. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect because of our error.
