WHERE WE SHIP
Adhya Shakti Shop currently ships to valid addresses within the United States.
PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. Custom orders, bulk orders, preorders, and orders requiring customer approval may take longer. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.
SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping is $7.99 for orders below $49. Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $49 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes. Express shipping is available for $15 when shown at checkout.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3-5 business days after fulfillment. Express delivery is generally estimated at 1-2 business days after fulfillment. Checkout and tracking estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, address problems, and events outside our control may affect delivery.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, Shopify will send the customer a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking link. Tracking updates are supplied by the carrier and may take time to appear.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact contact@adhyashaktishop.com immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
DELIVERED, DELAYED, OR MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking shows a delay, allow the carrier additional time and check the delivery location, household members, building staff, and nearby areas. Contact us if assistance is needed. If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, notify us promptly so we can help review the shipment with the carrier.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs. Resolution is handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
